Whiteley Weddings - Hampshire Wedding Photography talks about.... Old Thorns Manor Hotel and Country Club

What we say:

For many years I had passed the sign for Old Thorns when travelling on the A3, When I received my first booking for Old Thorns in 2014 it was a revelation!

What a stunning venue, all set around a perfectly manicured Golf Course, Old Thorns has been able to pull of that mighty challenge of being a very large venue but one that is still able to create a special cosy atmosphere. Your guests can stay overnight at the same venue as you get married or hold your reception which to some is a key in choosing a venue.

One of the highlights for me was heading off in a golf buggy to the back of beyond which ended up on a golf tee high above the venue with stunning views across the Hampshire Countryside.

The attention to detail in the venue was excellent and due to the rain we were not able to do group shots outside but we found a great place indoors and the photographs looked stunning.

What they say:

Our  wedding organisers  will inspire you with creative ideas and hold your hand through the whole process to give you peace of mind and to turn your dream into reality, but we promise never to compromise on standards or quality.

So whether you decide to have an intimate family wedding or something on a grand scale – all you need to worry about is saying ‘I do’.

Old Thorns has several rooms licensed for Civil Ceremonies and our function rooms overlook the grounds – you can choose from the Hampshire Suite, Kenwood Suite or the Grand Ballroom for your wedding breakfast and evening functions, all with their own character and all ideal wedding venues.
